1.Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

Serengeti National Park is a 5,700 square mile park located in Tanzania, Africa. It was created in 1921 to protect the lions in the region. It became Serengeti National Park in 1951. Serengeti National Park is comprised of three regions including the Serengeti plains, western corridor, and northern Serengeti. Serengeti National Park includes grasslands, woodlands, marshes, plains, and kopjes, which make up what is called a savannah. A savannah is made up of semi-arid land. Serengeti National Park has more than 500 bird species and 300 mammal species, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, giraffe, impala and hippos. The oldest national park in India, Corbett, located in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, was established to protect the endangered Bengal tiger. The Park is spread over 520.8 km2 which includes hill, marshy depressions, grasslands, one big lake, and 3 rivers. Jim Corbett National Park has 110 species of trees, some 50 species of mammals, 588 species of birds, and 25 reptile species. Wildlife lovers get chances to perceive and see the beautiful landscape of Corbett Tiger Reserve. Corbett is covered with lush green dense forest which includes sal, mango, peepal, Rohini, and haldu trees. There are 30 jeep safaris in the morning and evening time in the park. The Masai Mara National Reserve is a land of breathtaking vistas, abundant wildlife and endless plains. Thousands of visitors come to the Mara every year to enjoy some of the most authentic safari experiences in Africa. Tradition continues to play a major role in the lives of modern day Maasai people, who are known for their tall stature, patterned shukas and beadwork. It is estimated that there are approximately half a million individuals that speak the Maa language and this number includes not only the Maasai but also Samburu and Camus people in Kenya.

4.Grand Teton National Park, Wyo.

Grand Teton National Park is a 310,000 acre park located in the state of Wyoming’s northwest region. In the early 1800s explorers met the Shoshone Natives in the area and settlements were built in the Jackson Hole area in the 1880s. In the last 1800s efforts began to protect the region but it wasn’t until 1929 that Grand Teton National Park was established. Grand Teton National Park is named after the mountain Grand Teton. Grand Teton is the Teton Range’s tallest mountain at 13,775 feet. Grand Teton was named after French trappers ‘the three teats’, derived from ‘les trois tetons’. The name ‘the three teats’ was shortened to Teton. Grand Teton is rich with wildlife, pristine lakes and alpine terrain, and has hundreds of miles of trails. It is great for hiking, biking, fishing boating and camping. Grand Teton National Park is only 10 miles south of another famous park – Yellowstone National Park. The fastest land mammal in the western hemisphere can be found living in Grant Teton National Park. It is the pronghorn, and can run as fast as 70 miles per hour. It is home to a variety of wildlife including more than 300 bird species, 16 fish species, 6 amphibian species, 4 reptile species, 6 bat species, 3 rabbit species, 6 hoofed-mammal species, 17 carnivore species, and 22 rodent species. Mammals found here include black bears, Grizzly bears, gray wolves, coyotes, river otters, cougars, martens, elk, bison, and moose.

5.Kruger National Park, South Africa

In 1926 it became the first official national park in South Africa. Kruger National Park is named after Paul Kruger, the president of Transvaal in 1884, who saw a need to protect the region’s animal population from over-hunting. Kruger National Park is a 7,523 square mile game reserve located in northeast South Africa. The South African Republic government began to protect this region in 1898. One of Africa’s largest game reserves, Kruger’s high density of wild animals includes rhinos, lions, leopards, elephants and buffalos, making it a popular safari destination. Kruger is home to 517 bird species, 100 reptile species, nearly 150 types of mammals, multiple archaeological sites. The Big Six Birds at Kruger National Park include the ground hornbill, kori bustard, saddle-billed stork, martial eagle, Pel’s fishing owl, and the lappet-faced vulture. There are more than 27,000 African buffalo, 12,000 elephants, and over 1000 leopards living in Kruger National Park. Vegetation in Kruger National Park includes a variety of trees, bushes, grazing grasses, and shrubs. Today Kruger National Park is one of the largest reserves in Africa. Natural boundaries to Kruger National Park include the Limpopo River and Crocodile River.

6.Arenal Volcano National Park, Costa Rica

The 29,692-acre (12,016-ha) Arenal Volcano National Park is located within the larger 504,094-acre (204,000-ha) Arenal Conservation Area, which protects some 16 reserves between the Tilaran and Guanacaste mountain ranges. Arenal is of the world’s most active volcanoes. This national park has two volcanoes – the 5,357-foot (1,633-meter) Arenal Volcano and the 3,740-foot (1,140-meter) Chato Volcano. The Arenal Volcano National Park is popular with birds, as most of the 850 species identified in Costa Rica. The park also has a strong showing of plant life, including orchids, heliconias, ferns, laurel, cirri, guayabo de monte, palms, bromeliads, and strangler figs. The Arenal Volcano is a symmetrical cone-shaped volcano that dominates the fertile landscape of Arenal Volcano National Park. Until recently, it was the country’s most active volcano with an average of 41 eruptions per day. Although the Arenal Volcano is currently in a resting phase, the region offers an abundance of exciting adventures. The Grand Canyon is one of the seven Natural Wonders of the World. The Grand Canyon is in the United States of America. Millions of years ago, instead of a deep canyon, this area was a giant flat slab of layered rock that we call the Colorado Plateau. Rain and melted snow forming the Colorado River have flowed over this plateau for millions of years, cutting into the rock surface and forming the Grand Canyon. Today there are 1, 500 different plants, 355 different birds, 89 different mammals, 47 different reptiles, 9 different amphibian and 17 different types of fish that live in and around the canyon. Animals that live in the Grand Canyon include Coyotes, Squirrels, Raccoons, Bobcats, Mountain Lions, Bald Eagles, Chuckwalla Lizards and the Diamond Back Rattler snake. The first people living in the Canyon were the Paleo-Indian (ancient Native American peoples) 12, 000 years ago. Some are found nowhere else in the world. Being desert country it doesn’t rain a lot. Few plants can live there to keep the soil and rocks in place. When it rains and the snow melts, the water washes away more rocks and soil, making the canyon deeper. As we go down into the Canyon the rocks get older. The bottom rocks are the oldest 1. 84 billion years old (1 864 000 000 years old). The rocks at the top of the plateau are the youngest at 270 million years old (270 000 000 years).

Zion National Park is located within the state of Utah in southwestern United States. It covers an area of 147,551 acres. In 1909 the park was established. The highest elevation in the park is at Kolob Canyon at 8,726 feet and the lowest is 3,666 feet, at Coal Pits Wash. There are 289 bird species, 8 fish species and 32 species of reptiles and amphibians in Zion NP. The California Condor, a bird considered one of the most endangered species, can be found in the park. The Virgin River area was settled in 1847, by Mormon farmers of European descent. This park in southwestern Utah is famous for its steep red cliffs, the Virgin River, emerald pools, and Zion Narrows, where hikers wade the river. The park is great for camping, backpacking, biking and rock climbing. In the desert regions of Zion National Park plants such as sagebrush, rabbitbrush, Indian paintbrush, and prickly pear cactus are commonly found.

Torres del Paine National Park is a national park encompassing mountains, glaciers, lakes, and rivers in southern Chilean Patagonia. It features a diverse array of sparkling ice fields, blue-green lagoons, golden pampa grasslands, and quiet river villages. Sail on Lake Grey or hike toward the horn-shaped peaks of the Mirador Cuernos. The Cordillera del Paine is the centerpiece of the park. The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut has been unveiled. It is the fastest Koenigsegg ever made and the company will never endeavor to make a faster series-production road car ever. Customers will be able to choose between the Jesko Absolut and the more track-oriented Jesko version that was presented a year ago. Every surface element on the Jesko Absolut has been purposefully constructed to reduce drag or surrounding turbulence around the car while increasing high-speed stability. The Jesko Absolut has a drag coefficient value of only 0.278 Cd. The low drag in combination with a frontal area of 1.88 m2 in combination with a power level of minimum 1600 bhp, make the Jesko Absolut destined to achieve higher, more extraordinary speeds than any Koenigsegg or any other fully homologated car before it. Over 3000 hours have been invested in fluid dynamics (CFD) and aerodynamics analysis, alongside over 5000 hours of design and engineering for the Jesko Absolut on top of the Jesko. Most obvious when looking at the Jesko Absolut, is the removed massive rear wing. In place of a rear wing there are two rear hood fins that are designed to enhance the high-speed stability of the Absolut.

2.Hennessey Venom F5

The Venom F5 is a new hyper car designed and built from the ground up with the absolute fastest road car on earth. Hennessey and team have developed a completely new design, chassis and carbon fiber body focused on aerodynamics to achieve the lowest possible drag. The exterior of the F5 is shaped by aerodynamics and inspired by the pursuit of speed. The rear-wheel drive F5 produces 1,817 hp and weighs a mere 1,360 kg (2,998 lb). These facts combine to deliver a power-to-weight ratio of 1.34 hp-per-kg (1,298 hp-per-ton). 3.SSC Tuatara

Shelby Supercar’s (SSC) Tuatara, a 1750-hp twin-turbo V-8–powered supercar, claimed a world production-car speed record with an average speed of 316.11 mph. After controversy that the video of the record was false, and another failed attempt to reach those speeds, SSC took another run at the Johnny Bohmer Proving Grounds at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. There, the Tuatara averaged 282.9 mph on two runs. The Tuatara is powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.9-liter flat-plane-crank V-8 engine that produces 1750 horsepower and 1341 pound-feet of torque with E85 and revs to 8800 rpm. It uses a seven-speed robotic-controlled hydraulic, paddle-shifted manual transmission. SSC says that it isn’t done chasing the speed record, yet, and it wants to do it officially this time. The Tuatara is powered by a 1750-hp twin-turbocharged 5.9-liter V-8 engine, and it averaged 282.9 mph in a subsequent run last year in Florida.

4.Aston Martin Valkyrie

The Valkyrie is a change of tact, the result of a partnership between Aston and its Formula One partner, Red Bull Racing, to build a world-beating hyper car. It comes at very high engine speeds, with the V12 packing an 11,000-rpm redline. Unleashed on the right road, this mid-engine Aston will hit 60 in 2.5 seconds and carry on to a top speed of over 250 mph. The Aston Martin Valkyrie ( AM-RB 001 and Nebula) is a limited production hybrid sports car collaboratively built by British automobile manufacturers Aston Martin, Red Bull Racing Advanced Technologies and several others. The sports car is a product of collaboration between Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing to develop a track-oriented car entirely usable and enjoyable as a road car, conceived by Adrian Newey, Dr Andy Palmer, Christian Horner and Simon Spoule. The car’s makers claim the title of fastest street-legal car in the world for it. Adrian Newey, Red Bull Racing’s Chief Technical Officer and the world’s most successful F1 designer aided in the design of the car.

5.McLaren Speedtail

More than nearly any other brand on this list, McLaren knows about building record-breaking hypercars. The legendary F1 held the record for over two decades, until the Bugatti Veyron arrived. The McLaren Speedtail is a limited-production hybrid sports car manufactured by McLaren Automotive revealed on October 26, 2018. This car is the fourth addition in the McLaren Ultimate Series, after the Senna, the P1, and the F1. The car is also part of the 18 new cars or derivatives that McLaren will launch as part of its Track22 business plan. The Speedtail is powered by a modified M840T from the 720S and a hybrid powertrain to generate 1,036 hp (773 kW; 1,050 PS). The Speedtail uses a carbon fibre monocoque, with the passenger seats integrated into the chassis, as well as dihedral doors like other McLaren models. The Speedtail is fitted with electrochromic glass, which darkens at the push of a button, eliminating the need for sun visors and also incorporates LED lights in the interior. The front wheels feature carbon fibre static covers to further reduce drag. The company claims that the Speedtail has a top speed of 402.3 km/h (250 mph) and can accelerate from 0–299 km/h (0–186 mph) in 12.8 seconds. The car recharges while driving, though a wireless charging pad is included with the car, trickle-charging it when not in use.

6.Mercedes-AMG One

The One has a projected top speed of 217 mph and can hit 60 in an estimated 2.6 seconds. That’s hardly rapid compared to some of the cars on this list, but there’s little question that the $2.7-million Mercedes-AMG is still one of the quickest cars on the planet. The Mercedes-AMG One (R50, stylized as ONE) is an upcoming limited-production plug-in hybrid sports car manufactured by Mercedes-AMG, featuring Formula One-derived technology. It was unveiled at the 2017 International Motor Show Germany by Formula One driver Sir Lewis Hamilton and Head of Mercedes-Benz Dieter Zetsche. The production of the car is planned to be 275 units at a price of US$2.72 million per unit, all of which have been already sold. Mercedes-AMG received orders for four times the production amount, but have stated that production will not be increased from the planned 275 units, in order to maintain the exclusivity of the car. AMG unveiled the concept version of the ONE, called the Project One, with nearly identical specifications to the production version. The production ONE will be evaluated on their performance, durability, and ability in Mercedes-Benz’s proving grounds and on racing circuits. The head of Mercedes-AMG, Tobias Moers states that when “the time is right”, Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 team driver and seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton, who has worked on the development of the car will test the prototypes. The car has five motors with different functions on board: one internal combustion engine (ICE) and four electric motors.

7.Pagani Huayra BC Roadster

The Ferrari 812 Superfast (Type F152M) is a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer produced by Italian sports car manufacturer Ferrari that made its debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. The 812 Superfast is the successor to the F12berlinetta. According to the manufacturer in 2018, the 812 Superfast’s engine was then the most powerful naturally aspirated production car engine ever made. It does not feature turbocharging or hybrid technology. The Istana Nurul Iman is the official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, Hassanal Bolkiah, and the seat of the Brunei government. This palace is located on a leafy, riverside sprawl of hills on the banks of the Brunei River, a few kilometres southwest of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei’s capital city. The name “Istana Nurul Iman” is taken from Malay Istana and Arabic Nur-ol Imaan and means Palace of the Light of Faith. The official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, Hassanal Bolkiah, Istana Nurul Iman Palace is by far the world’s biggest home with its 2.15 million square feet of space. This palace has more than 1,788 rooms and 257 bathrooms, a 110 car garage, horse stables, banquet hall, swimming pools and even a mosque that can gather 1,500 people, the palace is sure to impress a lot of people. It was designed in 1984 by Leandro V. Locsin and constructed by the Filipino firm, Ayala International. The cost of such a mesmerizing home is $1.4 billion.

The construction was handled by Ayala Abbott and Butters, a UK construction firm, and completed in 1984. The palace is also used for all the state functions of the government of Brunei. The palace is not open to the public except on the annual Islamic celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr (the festival at the end of the Muslim fasting month) when the palace receives about 110,000 visitors over a three-day period. Antilia is the second largest house in the world. The Indian pharmaceutical magnate Mukesh Ambani is the owner of Antilla, a 27 story 550 foot tall building in the heart of Mumbai, India. Mukesh Ambani moved to this house with his family in 2012. It has a 168-car garage, a ballroom, a 50-seat theatre, terrace gardens, 9 high speed elevators, swimming pool, spa, health centre, a temple, an ice-cream parlour, and a snow room that spits out snowflakes from the walls, the skyscraper-mansion is one of world’s largest and most elaborate private homes. Joseph Safra became the world’s richest banker by transforming a Brazilian lender into a global multibillion-dollar empire. Safra Mansion is built by Lily Safra and her husband Edmund. Both of them were well-known bankers who died in a suspected fire in their mansion in Monaco in 1999. Owner is the Russian billionaire Andrey Guryev, who bought it in 2008 for nearly $64 million. It was built between 1913 and 1920. The mansion has 65 rooms spread across three floors, including 25 bedrooms. One of the largest is the ballroom, measuring 70 feet (21 m) long with a height of 20 feet (6.1 m). It was designed by architect George Hubbard, incorporating part of the former Parkfield estate that stood on the massive property.

Some rooms are the Drawing Room, Study, Entrance Hall and staircase, and most of the bedrooms are all in an opulent classical style. Other richly decorated rooms include the Dining Room, Chinese Room, Billiard Room, and the Gallery hallway. Witanhurst was bought by the family of the Russian billionaire Andrey Guryev through an offshore company called Safran Holdings, located in the tax haven of the British Virgin Islands for £50 million in 2008. Witanhurst is the second largest residential estate in London after the Buckingham Palace. Versailles is an 85,000 square-foot house belonging to Westgate Resorts founder David Siegel and his wife Jackie Siegel. Versailles situated in Orange County, Florida, the Versailles mega mansion belongs to Jaqueline and David Siegel. The huge estate was so long under construction that at some point, the couple went close to losing the immense house. La Reverie is the seventh largest house in the world. Purchased for a modest $4.5 million back in 1995, La Reverie is the largest celebrity residence in Palm Beach, Florida. It looks a bit like a house rendering, it’s pretty massive. La Reverie was built by Sydell Miller, the owner of Matrix Essentials hair product company. The location couldn’t have been better, since Palm Beach attracts all the rich and famous. Pensmore is one of the largest homes in the United States located in the Ozark Mountains near Highlandville, Missouri, that spreaded more than 72,000 square feet (6,700 m2), reached five stories, contains 14 baths, 13 bedrooms, has exterior walls 12 inches thick, and was designed to survive earthquakes, tornadoes, and bomb blasts. Steven T. Huff, telling The Kansas City Star, in 2015, that “the house should stand for 2,000 years”.

In 2008, the Steven T. Huff Family insulated concrete form structure designed to showcase sustainable construction techniques on a large scale, with it being designed to be earthquake resistant, bullet proof, blast proof, capable of withstanding an EF5 tornado, bug resistant, and fire resistant and whose construction was completed in 2016. While most people build huge houses to boost their social status or show off with their purchase power and their extravagant tastes in terms of design and aesthetics, this one guy named Steven Huff decided to build one for proving something else. The latest news are that the owner wanted it demolish and rebuilt from scratch because it’s not as strong as he wished it, blamed the construction company for that.

1.Iran Mall

The founders of the project aimed to found an international mall that gathers together the domestic and international business owners. As of 2020, the biggest mall in the world is the massive Iran Mall. It is a vast shopping and entertainment complex in northwest Tehran, by Chitgar Lake. It is the largest mall in the world by total land area (1,950,000 m2). The first phase includes 700 shops, a 20,000 square meter hypermarket, a fashion avenue, a diamond and crystal atrium. Iran Mall includes three food courts with more than 200 restaurants, a 3,300 square meter book garden with 67,000 volumes of books and several book stores, a cinema complex with 12 IMAX cinemas as well as a theater. It is a family entertainment center with a roofed amusement park, a museum, art galleries, a permanent car showroom, an Iranian Bazaar, and three hotels including a 5-star luxury hotel with 450 rooms, a 3,000-seat conference hall, a convention center, several galleries, and meeting and banquet facilities.

The mall’s roof serves as a sports complex where people can do activities like hiking and cycling. This mall provides 18% of the space for the cultural facilities, 31% of the space to the public and recreational, 24% of the space to the commercial, 19% of the space to the parking and 5% of the space to the hotel. It includes 15 sports fields, tennis courts, a 12,000 square meter ice rink and swimming pools. The project took about 5 years to complete and 20,000 professionals and workers were engaged in the project since 2014. Main objectives of this project are Contributing to economic growth and development of the country, attracting tourists and providing a platform to absorb investment for the private sector to create more jobs.

2.South China Mall

Located about 50 miles north of Hong Kong in Dongguan, China, the New South China Mall is the largest abandoned mall in the world by gross leasable area. It was built in Dongguan, a city of about 10 million people located just east of the province’s capital city of Guangzhou. The mall was the brainchild of billionaire developer Alex Hu, known as China’s instant-noodle king, who wanted to put his home town on the map. The mall was designed with everything, and was constructed anticipating 100,000 visitors a day. The mall includes seven different zones that are designed to resemble prominent cities around the world. It was built with a 1.3-mile indoor canal featuring gondola rides, it has a large Egyptian sphinx, and it contains an 1800-foot indoor roller coaster. There is 82-foot replica of the Arc de Triomphe, a replica of Venice’s St. Mark’s bell tower, and even the first licensed Teletubby theme park.

Visitors from out-of-town would have difficulty coming to visit the New South China Mall as Dongguan doesn’t have an airport. There is no train or direct bus service to reach the Mall. Despite having every amenity a shopper could want, the mall has been 99% vacant since it’s opening in 2005. The only occupied areas were near the entrance where several Western fast food chains are located and a parking structure re-purposed as a kart racing track. Most visitors attend the mall for its movie theaters featuring IMAX, and that families did gather in the play area. He also noticed that 4 full floors of the mall were unused, and that the water of the artificial indoor canals had turned green. Empty storefronts stretch into the distance, cordoned-off escalators lie dormant, and lonely cleaners still polish the glass and chrome, yet no-one is there to see it.

3.Mall Of Istanbul

Golden Resources Shopping Mall, or Jin Yuan is a major shopping mall located near the northwest Fourth Ring Road in Beijing, China. The mall has earned the nickname “Great Mall of China”, owing to its total area of 560,000 square meters (6 million square feet) over six floors. This shopping mall is the largest integrated shopping and recreational mixed-use development. The mall was completed on 20 October 2004 after 20 months of construction and opened four days later. The developer of the mall initially estimated that the mall would have 50,000 shoppers a day, however upon opening the actual number was far smaller, as few as 20 in an hour.

CentralPlaza WestGate is a large shopping plaza and complex in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand. It has a gross floor area of 550,278 m2 (5,923,140 sq ft). It is deemed South East Asia’s “Super Regional Mall” and was built as part of an effort to convert Thailand into a thriving regional shopping hub. This mall has over 500 Thai and international brands, and over 200 restaurants. This is the largest mall in Thailand with the addition of the IKEA store, surpassing CentralWorld. The mall has a very advantageous location, right at the intersection of two really busy national highways.

Iconsiam, stylized as ICONSIAM, and ICS is a mixed-use development on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. It includes one of the largest shopping malls in Asia. Icon Siam Mall is called the “Mother of All Malls”, with 500 shops and 100 restaurants from more than 30 different countries. It was developed as a joint venture by Siam Piwat group, a Thai high-end shopping mall developer, MQDC Magnolia Quality Development, and Charoen Pokphand Group. This spectacular river-side development is unique since, aside from the usual retail stores, it also has a quirky indoor floating market where shoppers can buy food from a boat docked by the side of the river.

This is a ฿54 billion (US$1.5 billion) project. This complex will include two of the tallest buildings in Bangkok, the 52-storey Mandarin Oriental Residences and the 70-floor Magnolias Waterfront Residences. ICONLUXE Facade Engineering is the longest pleated glass façade in the world. ICONLUXE is one of the zones in ICONSIAM where the international luxury brands are located. The purpose of this façade design is to make the store look prestigious, but keeping in line with Thai design. The main purpose of using the glass while constructing this mall is to show the beauty of the Chao Phraya River. Iconsiam offers an indoor floating market, an art gallery, exhibition space, and a beautiful riverside location with views of downtown Bangkok.

A short flight from Thailand is the next biggest mall in South East Asia is the Philippines’ SM City North EDSA. Even after the influx of mall giants in the country’s capital, North EDSA, while relatively older than the rest, remains the biggest. It is located in one of the capital’s busiest areas and provides locals with a giant air-conditioned escape from the sometimes unbearable summer heat. It has gross floor area of 460,000 square meters. SM North EDSA’s First major tenants are Manels, Jollibee, Ricky Reyes, National Bookstore, French Baker, Sportshouse, McDonald’s, Max’s of Manila, Goldilocks Bakeshop, Dimensione, Magic, Ideal Vision, Fabric Warehouse, and Multi time. SM City North EDSA opened in 1985. The mall attracts almost 4.4 million visitors on weekends, and 1,000,000 to 2,100,000 visitors on weekdays. The mall has the maximum capacity of 6.6 million people. Sky Garden was opened in May 2009.
